Mixing Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and cocoa powder.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey with peanut butter until creamy.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold them together.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop rounded tablespoons onto it.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve cookies cold or at room temperature.
