Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the salmon fillets and shrimp generously with Cajun seasoning and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned salmon fillets. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the salmon and cover with foil. In the same skillet, add the seasoned shrimp and sauté for about 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Remove shrimp and set aside. In the skillet, reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir, scraping brown bits, and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until it thickens.
  6. Prepare mashed potatoes by boiling peeled potatoes for 15-20 minutes, then mash with butter and cream.
  7. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then sauté briefly in the skillet with seasoning.
  8. To serve, place mashed potatoes, arrange green beans, top with Cajun shrimp and salmon, and drizzle with the garlic cream sauce.
