Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, placing a wire rack on top if available.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne.
  4. Add the dried chicken wings to the marinade and toss gently to coat.
  5. Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the baking sheet or wire rack.
  6. Bake the wings in the oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Melt butter in a small pan over low heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  8. Once the wings are baked, toss them in the garlic butter to coat.
