Form Balls
  1. Scoop out approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  2. Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for an additional 10 minutes.
Make the Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, about 1 to 1.5 minutes.
Dip the Balls
  1. Using a toothpick, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
