  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs and pat them dry.
  3. Generously coat the pork ribs with the prepared dry rub and wrap them in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  4. Prepare your grill for indirect cooking.
  5. Place the marinated ribs bone-side down on the cooler side of the grill and cook for 2 to 3 hours.
  6. Let the ribs rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
