- In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs and pat them dry.
- Generously coat the pork ribs with the prepared dry rub and wrap them in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Prepare your grill for indirect cooking.
- Place the marinated ribs bone-side down on the cooler side of the grill and cook for 2 to 3 hours.
- Let the ribs rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
