Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your casserole dish and other ingredients.
  2. In a large casserole dish, combine uncooked rice, minced garlic, chopped onion, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  3. Layer diced chicken over the rice mixture, then top with black beans and frozen corn.
  4. Pour jarred salsa over the chicken and beans, then sprinkle chili powder and paprika on top.
  5. Top with a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
