Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F) for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Coat rib-eye steaks with Stubb's Beef Spice Rub and olive oil, let sit.
  3. Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, add corn for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove steaks and let rest for 10 minutes, then slice against the grain.
  5. Layer tortilla chips in an oven-safe pan.
  6. Mound sliced steak, pinto beans, and corn over the chips, top with cheese.
