Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and set a wire rack inside a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Lay the thick-cut bacon strips on the wire rack and brush with Andria's barbecue sauce.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Slice the club rolls in half and toast them in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Place provolone cheese on the bottom half of each roll and return to the oven until melted.
  6. Assemble the sandwich: layer provolone, bacon, lettuce, roasted peppers, tomato slices, and red onion.
