For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt Choose Greek yogurt for lighter option
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce Adjust based on spice preference
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
For Serving
  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice Cooked
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds Toasted

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add ground turkey, cooking until browned.
  4. Drizzle soy sauce over cooked turkey, then season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Add red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet; cook until veggies are tender.
  6. Remove skillet from heat and stir in half of the Bang Bang sauce.
  7. Assemble bowls with rice, top with turkey and veggies, and drizzle with remaining sauce.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
