- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Slice each sub roll lengthwise and lay them in the greased baking dish.
- Layer salami, pepperoni, and ham inside each sub roll.
- Add provolone cheese on top of the meats.
- Sprinkle shredded romaine lettuce and tomato slices over the cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over each sandwich.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and cut in half for serving.
