  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese or mozzarella
  • 6 slices Salami or turkey
  • 6 slices Pepperoni or skip
  • 6 slices Ham or smoked turkey
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce or spinach
  • 1 large Tomato or roasted red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or garlic-infused oil
For Serving
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce for dipping
  • 2 cups Potato Chips or salad

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Slice each sub roll lengthwise and lay them in the greased baking dish.
  3. Layer salami, pepperoni, and ham inside each sub roll.
  4. Add provolone cheese on top of the meats.
  5. Sprinkle shredded romaine lettuce and tomato slices over the cheese.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over each sandwich.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and cut in half for serving.
