Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your ingredients while the oven heats.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add curry powder and vegetables to the skillet, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk or broth, simmering for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Transfer the beef curry mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Place dumplings on top of the curry mixture, leaving space between them.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until dumplings are puffed and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
