Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into fry shapes. Toss the cut fries in a bowl with cornstarch, cayenne pepper, fresh rosemary, and a pinch of salt. Spread the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken drumsticks and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat each drumstick in the seasoning mix and arrange on a separate baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet with sweet potato fries in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- After the fries have baked for 20 minutes, add the chicken drumsticks to the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Let the chicken and fries cool for a few minutes, then serve together on a platter.
