  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Thaw thoroughly if frozen
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce Homemade is recommended
For the Egg Wash
  • 1 large Egg For golden finish
  • 1 tablespoon Water Thin the egg wash

  • 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary For garnish
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts Pecans or walnuts for crunch

  • 1 box Crackers
  • 1 1 Baguette

Method
 

Baking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about an eighth of an inch thickness.
  3. Place the Brie cheese at the center of the pastry and top with cranberry sauce.
  4. Fold the pastry over the Brie, seal edges tightly, and flip it over to ensure seam is underneath.
  5. Whisk together the egg and water for the egg wash, then brush it over the pastry.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes and garnish with rosemary before serving with crackers or fruit.
