Step-by-Step Instructions for Air Fryer Turkey Meatballs
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on a plate, leaving space between each.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes, lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  4. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the basket and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving with marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese.
