- Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare thick slices of bread, lightly butter one side, and press a well into the center of each slice.
- Carefully crack an egg into the well of each piece of bread or beat eggs for scrambled eggs.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese around the edges or on top of the egg.
- Place the prepared bread slices in the air fryer and set the timer for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Once cooked, season with salt and pepper, serve with parsley or chives if desired.
